Implementing industry best practices is only the first step towards improving EHS performance, its effect will not be visible unless found problem is fixed. Any process will deliver value only when there are some actionable information out of them and that process loop will be closed only when actions are closed.
Actions are generated from various implemented systems like Audits & Inspections, Incidents ,nearmiss, Environmental Compliances, Regulatory compliances and other organizational initiatives. There are large number of actions getting generated every day, some of them may also be repetitive kind. It will become almost impossible to manage them if they are scattered and there is no auto follow up system in place.
